I am a regular customer of nykaa since years , but from last six months every second or third order is either delivered to me in damaged condition or I got the wrong product. I have raised concern Everytime about it and they refunded me the money. But recently I again got a wrong delivery and they refuse to return the amount to me saying that since I have raised similar issues in the past they won’t be able to provide any resolution to my problem. Rather than accepting their failures at delivery part , they chose to not return my hard earned money. I won’t recommend this website to anyone.
