This is really disgusting
Print screen of what I have received is enclosed.
I had lodged complain on 13 th June about wrong product delivered but till date I.e 18 th June no response from their end.
I feel cheated.
Pathetic customers service .
delivered goods not as per what has been mentioned on website and Nykaa has no courtesy to response.
Would not recommend to buy products from Nykaa.
