Hello guys, recently I m using O General 1.5 Ton AC. I want to share my experiance with all of you.
Service & Support- The service of this compnay is not so good beacause there customer care number is always busy and also their employee who pick up the call behave very rudely. And also there is no toll free customer care number of this company. They are not supportive at all.
Cooling & Sound- The cooling of this O General AC is good in a small room but it is ineffective in a big room. And it is spread cooling very silently i.e., it doesn’t make noise while it is running.
But I m not satisfied with its cooling.
Reliability & Satisfaction- This company is well reputed company so we can rely its products blindly. But I am not satisfied with its cooling and its customer care service.
Value for Money- It is an expensive item of this company. A middle class family cannot affort this. No doubt it is a featured device according to that it a budgeted item ( AC) . But in total it is very costly.
I want to say that please enquire before purchase it.
