We are using this AC from last two years. Since we are living on the third floor above which there is a terrace so in summers our floor become so heated that it becomes difficult to spend may and june here. And then we bought this AC after it our floor become so cool in just 10-15 minutes. The cooling air it release is so strong that it take only couple of minutes to make our room chilled. So if you are looking for an AC which is so much efficient and trustworthy so just go for it. I will definitely recommend this product specially for upper floors.
