I bought o general 2.5 ton inverter ac sometime ago and till now I have no issues with it. I have a warranty for 5 years on this ac. The only thing which at times is irritating is that the ’gas’ in the ac gets over and doesn’t make the room cool at all. We have to call the customor sevice and a person comes and fills in what they call ’gas’. After the filling there is absolutely no problem. The ac works very well and has many modes including the power mode which blows the cool air with much more speed.
