We have purchase 2 ton split STEALTH model from ETA General, as per there rule we paid in advance Rs.48000 and agree to install unit by there persons.They have sent faulty inside unit and at time of installation it was not working.
They told PCB has been damage and will replace it.We disagree and insist them to replace new one as AC has been not use by us for a minute also and so you can not apply a rule of warranty.Even after several follow-up nobody is responding and even not bother to give proper reply. There service satff is talking very badly on this issue and just disconnect the phone whenever we call them.
Always gives false promises and not taking any action.We feel about our decision to take this brand AC.There HO no 044- 2829 7626 is not working and nobody bother to give there senior persons name or contact details. Extreme bad behavior and service
