Within 6 months of buying a split AC from O general, it has stopped cooling. I spent so much keeping the brand in mind but the product turned out to be pathetic as is their service.
They have sent different technicians on 2 occasions and still they are not sure about the problem, let alone fixing it. Their supervisor was responding in a very unprofessional manner and now he has even stopped taking my calls.
I will not recommend anyone to buy any product of O general after encountering the worst experience I’ve had.
Neither it is value for money as it has gone bad in the first year of operation itself.
