Bought one ac 1.5ton few months back from Dubai and fixed my shop, after one month itself cooling was very down and start making sounds, after three months we called service center and complained, service center in Dubai I never seen such a ridicules people in my life.
Finally, they came and said gas problem, and fill it that and gone. After that also not cooling that much comparatively other ac. Same condition it run two months. One day what happened its caught fire, here Dubai defense people, police, electricity all people came and start investigation how its happened, finally they said there is no electricity shortage, only because of O GENERAL AC problem it happened. Because these people now using very low quality materials and all.only the market name is there, product and service wise its utter waste.
After all, we call this service center Dubai for replace, because its under warranty period. As usual these people not arrived after two days the incident occurred until now. I am telling you to all, in my experience, don’t go to buy this product in Dubai. Because both product and more even the service providing to the customer was very bad.
This matter, I will put up in Dubai chamber also, because I bought O GENERAL AC and lost a lot.
