Big Bazar is promoting a Koryo product. I feel personally that any bid bazar product is very cheap. By believing Big Bazar we purchased Koryo AC and invited the problem from the day one. After getting the assurance from the company directly we started using it, but frequent problem irritated me and finally thought of taking this issue again with the company but sorry that company also didn’t responded well. I learnt a lession that please do not buy unknown brand if the cost is less also. The quality and after sales service is very poor.
Any Koryo product is just like a electronics waste, so do not buy a waste in your house.
