I am very sorry to bring in to your kind notice that after all the courage to spend almost 60% more amount than other brands available in India I had chosen ogeneral 1.5 ton window ac bcos of the goodwill it had .but iam sorry to say that, It is not at all cooling.
Even the air coming out from the grill is like a cooler not like an ac, this is not expected from ogenera, l which is considered to be a benchmark in ac market. I have contacted the local service people but nothing concrete has come out, our other lg and Samsung ACS are performing much better from ogeneral. Pls help me out what to do, I have bought it just 10 days ago .I am very clear that it is not the matter of room size it is the ac which is not throwing chilled air at all like other ACS do.
