This is pathetic Window air condition from Altech appliances in India. From Day one I purchase this ACs, it not functioning as it should be.
Post sale, Service is HORRIBLE. Company simply says contact authorized dealer/service station, post sale service.
Company is not at all responsible for any malfunction OF PRODUCT. Once sold, the total reponsibilty transferd to customer. Multiple mails written to company’s customer support email ID in past, they even don’t bother to contact / reply to know problem with product.
Even their customer support(18602583003) do not have records of AMC done by Customer. Beware .Vestar AIR CONDITION IS NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY. If you think of O general and planning to buy Vestar AC in India. take wise decisions. You will repent later.I am just running piller to post to get AC serviced.
