I bought O General split ac with 1.5T before 1.5 yrs only in Vellore Tamil Nadu from Kader & Kader, but now not able to use it. I tried with the mechanic from where I bought it, for last 2 weeks he is trying to find what is the problem is itself?
Poor service, lack of knowledge/training to the mechanics. Electricians don’t know what ampere of circuit breaker suppose to use, moreover no guidelines from O General either to customer or to dealers. Ultimately I throw the O General and today(22 April 2013) planned to purchase another Split Ac of different brand.
Very poor service....please think twice before buy OG...
