No doubts about their Quality, Reliability & Efficiency, but in my opinion this brand is highly overrated. These are one of the most expensive machines in the AC market, and still not much far off from other cheaper brands.
Have used a number of Generals in my home & offices, but they are not world apart in their performance than others. I wouldn’t recommend these machines for small rooms & offices, though for big halls & rooms they are very efficient.
They are noisy(due to the extra powerful air-throw) & sap quite a lot of power. Also the customer service is very lethargic & unprofessional.
