I have been and OGeneral person since inception and hence bought one for my new home 2 years back. I bought a 1.5 ton split AC and as usual it was perfect but suddenly last week it stopped cooling and on checking got to know there is a leak in the cooling coil. I wrote an complaint email to the company customer care id and its been 4 days and havent heard from them. Within writing an email I called them in 2 days and they logged my complaint but yet been 3 days and nothing from their end.
The local guys give no guarantee of solving this issue and its a major part of the AC.
I have already paid a big amount to procure this and why would a cooling coil leak in 2 years where I have used their AC for donkeys years and no issue what do ever.
The worst is their weak customer care. I cant expect a solution when they dont even care to respond.
Waiting to hear from O Genral to resolve this and help me instill my faith in this marvel company and its unbeatable product
