I bought an O General 2 ton inverter Ac in April 2015
O General AC is the biggest mistake of my life. First, their service person says that there is no gas then cooling coil leakage will repair it
Then needs to replace it.
In exact 1 year 20 days the cool coiling has leaked Is that the standard of O General?
And their service center quoted me Rs18000/- for it. For a Rs63000/- AC one year I have to pay Rs18000 to repair it? (29 percent of the value)
Is that the warranty and quality standards?
Pathetic I should have bought a cheaper ac or a lower brand saved money and would be mentally prepared to pay for repairs.
Highly disappointed.
National Aircon their service providers are biggest crooks known had created problems for us during our Bluestar Ac complaint as they are too so I am damn sure they have messed this one up to just a fast way to make money as servicing is hardly any money.
I was informed by their call center that they would send another service provider but till date, it’s not done and O general helpline is always transferred to a mailbox.
I wish to take this matter to the highest level and caution people to stay away rather buy a cheaper brand with cheaper parts.
