O General is very famous brand in air conditioners. We had bought window AC 1.5 ton from market. Services by o general is average. Our AC got stop so we showed them but it does not resolve properly.
When it was new Cooling was very good . But with the passage of two three months it’s cooling gets down and it sounds like very loud.
O General products are reliable we did not repair it in 2 years. But you have to do its cleanliness properly.
It cost 47000 rupees now in market which is also a good price but little expensive from other companies product in same category.
