Friends in this review I would be telling you about ogeneral window ac
I ams using this ac since april2011 almost 6 years
As this ac is 1.5 tons so its cools the room very well and cery effectively
The value for money the best in these 6 years of using this ac I had serviced it only 4 times but it has never gone wrong
This product has a very good quility its very durable and acording to me the custumer support is also good but this ac makes a little bit noise
Over all this ac is very good
