I purchased my 1.5 T OG window a/c from Reliance digital, Mogapair branch, Chennai. It is just 5 years 6 months old. It had a problem & called for OG technician who came & checked it. Compressor has gone & need to replace it. It means OG’s compressor is worth for running for 5-6 years. Also gas was gone and I happened to refill the gas in lock-down period. Another horrible thing is that OG technician says that if we purchase from Reliance, it is their responsibility to take care of problems. Just wrote a mail to OG Customer care as well as reliance. But no proper responds till now. Very worst product & customer service. They never care because of what customer is going to do more except writing reviews?
