I went to their store last month to have a look at the Dining Tables and Centre Tables. To my surprise their rates were good and were apt for the things which I was looking for and were best among all the stores I explored. So I decided to finally order 1 dining table. The counter guy told me that they are going to get some new stock from Malaysia so I’ll have to wait for the fresh piece to be delivered. The way they were talking, I believed in them as they said that the product will be delivered to me in 10 days so I agreed. But its more than a month now, every time I call them they say Sir, we’ll call u back, our container is stuck in Chennai, we have received 40 containers and they are coming to us one by one, Not sure which container has dining tables n all.
I seriously don’t know why its happening and when is it going to end, so still waiting, but these guys are totally unprofessional, no one you can complain as store manager will never lift up your phone and when you call the store you’ll get to hear the same age old excuses.
