I have purchased cot from Oak n Oak MarathaHalli branch. I have ordered for 6x6’ cot whereas the delivered cot size is 5x6’. When I asked for exchange, they everytime replied within 2-3 days they will do the same. And, ultimately I have to compromise with the product.
Never go for Oak n Oak. Any way no one is perfect but people should be reliable with the customer as per there requirement. Also these Oak n Oak person will never suggest you better option even from there shop itself. i.e. they are not customer friendly.
