Grand hotel is situated in the heart of the city Esplanade(Dharamtala). It is the only five star hotel in kolkata.
I went this hotel few days ago to attend a seminar and it was a great experience! I enjoyed their service a lot. The hotel is centrally Air Conditioned. All the staffs are very much caring and of friendly nature. They are always there to help their customers for any kind of requirements. I am listing here few features that I liked most:
1) The hotel has big parking zone, so I didn’t get any problem to park my car. The security guard took care of my car after while I entered to the hotel.
2) The hotel is very clean, decorated and well maintained. The toilet is well maintained, clean and full with modern equipments like heating machine, hot water, cold water, body lotion etc.
3) The hotel is having Swimming pool, restaurant, BAR, Seminar Hall.
4) The food arrangement is simply awesome! We were offers veg food by the seminar authority and they were great in taste.
5) The hotel is located in a prime spot of Kolkata, so reaching to this hotel is quite easy from any part of the city.
6) The popular Esplanade market is just out of this hotel, where you can roam and do all kinds of shopping. The market is quite big. If you are coming to visit Kolkata and want to stay in utmost luxury, and in a mood to spend lavishly to lead a royal life style, you can surely stay here. Usually, foreigners and celebrities prefer to stay here.
