Oberoi mall is a good mall, everything here is fantastic except the security. I and my wife visited mall on 11th March 2014, my wife lost her mobile. When we enquired they said they will check all the CCTV and let us know the same.
We gave them our exact location and time as well. I suspect we forgot the same in the security tray and when we went back they said its not there.
While inquiring they said we would check the security tray as well for the mobile in CCTV but now they are denying completely by giving a simple excuse that the tray is not covered. On demanding to see the video these guys are just ignoring the fact and keep on giving some idiotic explanations that Normal public are not authorised to view their CCTV footage as well.
This is simple harassment created by the security agencies because they know 70% people wont do a police complain and they will get clean chit without giving any explanation tom public.
Ridiculous behavior.
