Hi guys am here to share my experience on visiting this mall .Oberon mall is located in Ernakulam near LULU MALL.I visited here a week ago and I have felt poor customer service there.The faculties or staff is not very good at dealing with customers .The main drawbacks are below:-
PARKING:-
The parking slot is very small .It may only be capable of parking for 25-35 vehicles at a moment.It also charges 20 rupees per hour, Even a big mall like LULU only charges 10 rupees per hour.
AMBIENCE;-
The ambience is full of dust particles. It is not much cleaned and arranged.It seems like its an old mall.
STORE RANGE;-
The stores of similar products are not according to the orders.Some stores are still blank.Many stores are closed.
VALUE OF MONEY;-
I think we will save more money by not visiting this mall.The value of money is discrace. We can save more money by visiting another malls.
