Wasnt sure about their "30 seconds or less" customer service promise but tested it multiple times over past few months. Live chat actually delivered most times though not always under thirty seconds during busy periods. Staff courtesy has been consistant, though. no pushy sales tactics which I appreciate.
Withdrawal processing usually takes the stated one to three hours though had one instance that went longer. The multilingual support claim seems legit based on what Ive observed in chat. Still think some of their marketing is a bit overzealous but the actual service delivery has been reasonable for my needs
