It’s the best company to join as a fresher and learn the fundamentals of US Mortgage Servicing. The packages are not high but the incentives compensate for same. After merging it’s currently known as PHH Mortgage and has been on firing spree for the last couple of years so no job security at all. The management is open to feedback but sucks at implementation. The company has multiple departments so my opinion is just based on the voice processes in night shift. The work environment is nice and the company provides lot of small perks to make daily office life better.
