I experienced very irresponsible behaviour.At the time of enrollment, it was told that you will get refund if in case you can’t continue the class. Now it’s been 15 days, I am asking for the same but no one is bothering to help me out. Mentors are saying to drop the mail on support and after dropping the mail, no response from their side. Very unprofessional behaviour it is. Before the enrollment these people do several calls but after that I’m getting zero support. The teacher who was coordinating during trial classes is now saying ’’ apne khud enroll kiya tha kisi ne apko force thodi kiya ’’I tried to reach all the numbers which I have but no solution. I really did a big mistake. Don’t know I’ll get my hard earned money back or not. These people are only making fool. No reply on mails, whatsapp.
I request the head of Oda, " Don’t make people fool. Refund my hard earned money of 21999/- . What I experienced is, it is not a group of intelligent teachers, but it is a group of scam people who make fool to people by making false promises .
