My child was doing her Xth from Oda & they pursuaded me to enrol for XIth too. But they enrolled her for Xth again. After repeated request too, the class was not changed to XIth. So her XIth classes never started. Finally I requested for cancellation and refund in Mar’24, which though promised by them, has still not been made even after 5 months, despite regular follow-ups. It’s afraid they are perpetuating in the name of education. They won’t usually take calls or reply to emails.
