My son studied online classes with ODA for class 8 & 9. At the end of class 9 in march 2024, I enrolled my son’s name for class 10 paying Rs.19.999/-. As my son was not interested, and started physical coaching classes with PW, I applied for refund. I requested them through email for number of times. They never replied my mails. But their representatives contacted me over phone. Every time they promised me to refund the amount. They took Bank details from me and phone me regularly asking me to open the app and run for sometime. I believed them and acted accordingly. But after some period I understood that they are misleading me. On the other hand they regularly commenting in the group why child is not completing homework. I replied in the same why this types of jokes they were making with me. They simply removed my child from the group and some Akshita mam sending message personally sending homework. Sometimes she ring me but speaks nothing, rather they gossip among themselves. If I make return call, she doesn’t even recieve it.
