I never anticipated such an aggressive call from any educational institution.
They initially offered a 6-day trial, but by the second day, they began persistently pressuring us to enroll.
Today, after our 5th class, we received four calls in a single day. When we pointed out that the trial period was still ongoing and four calls a day just for feedback was excessive, we said wed complete the trial and make our decision. The representative then responded aggressively, stating, "We will definitely make four calls, and if necessary, even more – its our right since youre taking the trial classes." The fact is, the trial wasnt over, with one more class remaining.
Suddenly, the conversation escalated, and he started using foul language, saying things like, "You dont have the status to enroll" and "You were just here to watch a movie."
I asked why they were pressuring us to make a decision before the trial was even completed. After witnessing such unprofessional behavior, I refused to enroll. He then began aggressively demanding a reason for my decision.
I dont think at first place they should be pushing for the enrolmen before the trial ends. And they should not project trail is a favour which they are giving to kids/parents.
