I had order a lehenga, and received something slightly different from what I expected and wanted to "Exchange" it as per their policy stated.
I’ve been on constant contact with their customer service since 1 month now, and they only respond to me, after atleast 5 days of receiving my message. Here below, sharing my conversation with you guys for reference.
Zero professionalism or sense of responsibility.
Thoroughly disappointed and never ever recommending to anyone.
