This website is by far, the most rubbish one that I’ve come across. I have bought many things online and I wanted to try and buy a Galaxy Note from this website. I ordered the product on 6th June, 2012 and I haven’t yet received it. I called them a couple of times and they keep saying they will call me back and they never did. Today, I got very angry and told them that they better keep me updated or refund, then, one Mr. Syam yells at me and tells me to get lost! And then he hangs up on me.
I call him back threatening to file a case against this fraud company and he was like "please go ahead" and bangs the phone again. This website is absolutely BULL S and please don’t waste your time even ordering anything from here. Mr. Syam, their so called customer care service guy who is also the account manager of this website, doesn’t even know a word in English and I highly doubt if they are an authorized website.
Please, for God’s sake, don’t order from them. Also, I’m filing a consumer court case against them. Hopefully, they will shut down fast! They are, compared to every other website, absolutely rubbish and incompetant bunch of frauds !
