If you think this serial will change our attitude to beaureucracy, think again. This only provides some light moments at the cost of system.What you dont like is the resigned attitude of main cast, repetition of same settings, even phrases, & monotonous , predictability of the serial.What you like is the good dose of humour, a fresh approach at times and navity of the main character who is generally innovative, innocent and full of ideas. given a better script. What you need is a better mix of situations, non-repetitiveness etc. Here I would caution the producers that many firms in private sectors are worse affected by license raj etc. than the government. Please stop ridiculing the government which has given you so much freedom that India is fast on the track of globalisation. I certainly appreciate the comedy latent with in the serial and the good performance of some of the characters.
