This is about the Ofororange in Bangalore. I had ordered a breast pump combo pack worth 10500 from flipkart through other seller ofrorange. Flipkart made a mistake and gave a wrong order to the ofororange and hence I got only half of the items worth 7000.
I called flipkart customer care and told them that I need this product in emergency so either take it back(and I will buy it from some other shop) or give me the whole product. They told me that they cannot comment on the issue before 72 hours! WTF.
After lots of follow up from my side they told me that first they will pick up my order and once it goes back to the seller then they will send back the full product separately which would take more than 5 days.
It had already been 10 days since I had got the product so I told them that I will use the product and they can reimburse me the balance amout of 3500 to which they refused and told me that either they replace the product or they will not give me any money back.
I was called by Shashank from ofororange to check about my product. After the dismal service by flipkart I called him up and when I told him about the whole story he told me to come to his shop and he will replace the product then and there.
I went to his shop in Jayanagar the next day and not only did he replace the product (no questions asked because I had not opened the product and just opened the flipkart packing) but he also gave me a discount for my discomfort. Shashank really helped me out.
Since I was at the shop so I checked other baby stuff as well and was surprised that they were extremely reasonably priced. In fact I compared the prices of some of the products I have been planning to buy (like strollers and baby toys).
The prices were lesser than elsewhere. My experience was extremely well. I would suggest you guys to try that shop once. Flipkart: 0/10
