Now I am telling you about a big cheater application - Oglas . The another name of fraudster . It is a newly launched android application which offer us free money to recharge our mobile or pay bill in mobile .
During our phone call of both incoming& outgoing it offer 5 Paisa per call which duration is at least 10 second . They don’t give 5 Paisa for call at till free number . Earlier they give 15 Paisa for the same . But, now they have changed the limit but not update it in their T&C, till it show earn 15 Paisa per call . They want to cheat their user from all side .
Actually, during phone call it advertisement, for which it offer money .
Negative Points -
1) My first experience with this app was very bad . I had faced a big trouble while I sign up on it . After solving the problem, it work well .
2) It have a big limitation of mobile recharge that is you can’t recharge your mobile more or less than 50/- . You can done only a single transaction of worth 50/- .
Upto my first recharge it was good .
3) Some times they didn’t give me money for correct call duration& referring friend .
4) Very recently I noticed that, after getting many users, Oglas work as a fraud company . That mean you can’t withdraw your earnings . It show various reasons in different time .
From few days when I try to recharge my mobile it show Recharge/Bill Payment Will Resume Form Monday 3 PM( There have a spelling mistake show Form instead of From) . When I try to recharge on next Monday just after 3 PM . It show Recharge/Bill Payment Will Resume Form Thursday 10 AM . On Thursday it show again Recharge/Bill Payment Will Resume Form Monday 3 PM . So, they always provide wrong information .
Then I call their customer care . After trying many time, I able to connect with CSA. Then said I need to update my profile first then try to recharge within 2 PM to 3 PM . I have done all of these . But, unfortunately again I was failed to recharge on given time . Then I contact with their Facebook team, they said
" Hi recharges resume everyday at 3pm so kindly try at 3pm tomorrow is holiday so try to recharge 3p on Monday
Thanks"
Now imagine this company how much fraud . When I call them said 2 PM to 3 PM . Facebook team said after 3 PM .
I have tried on 2 PM to 3 PM as well as after 3 PM . Every time it show same result, Resume at 3 PM . Even on Monday after 3 PM, till it show will resume at 3 PM .( I have attached all proofs in image) .
After that every time when I call their customer care number, it say
“ Welcome To Oglas, Thanx For Calling, Your Call Is Important To Us, Right Now All Executives Are Busy On Another Call Please Stay On Line One Executive Will Take Your Call .“
When your call duration reach at 35 seconds your call will be disconnected automatically . I have tried many time . Every time it disconnected at the time of 35 seconds call duration( proof attached) . It is clear that their customer service team also fraud . They have pre-settled that after 35 seconds it will be disconnected . Their Facebook team also not replying .
One month ago during Jan 2017, a boy said me when he call their customer service, they said a long process to done your recharge like as - you have to update your wallet within 9 AM - 10 AM, then you have to update the app, then you have to check notification, then after 3 PM you can done recharge . Now, it is clear that this is a big cheater . For their own profit, they want to trap the user& said this type of wrong, fake information .
Now on Feb 2017, I able contact with their customer care . When I call on their customer care to know when I shall redeem my wallet balance, a women executive response in my call& said she has no updated information about redemption . She doesn’t know anything about redemption . He just said any user can’t redeem their balance . If any time redemption may possible, they will sent mail . After hearing about redemption from her it was clear that they will not provide redemption . So, I ask her anyone can’t redeem their balance in future . Is this true? She said YES . Now imagine they are how much fraudster . I request them to add a option for Paytm transfer . Alas! She can’t do this, she has no information . That means this balance just for show, you can’t do anything with this balance .
5) During call it show a big banner of a advertisement . For this big banner I can’t see call duration& face a problem to end my call . It is disgusting for me .
6) Sometime, the app take too much time to load . Wallet can’t update .
So, from my above experiences any one can understand this is a fraud app . By using it I have wasted my time . Google should remove this type of fake application from play store . I suggest to all don’t try this application . Oglas Android Application eligible for(-)5 Star .
