The author surely must have had a creative (wet?) dream which prompted him to put it all down on paper. But such creations should be restricted to the pages of a diary or whatever and not be turned into a book . Reading his dream was a nightmare and what’s worse ? I have two copies of the book at home, both being gifts from two separate friends. When I unpacked the second one, I was like "oh sh t not again".
The plot involves an adult young male fantasizing about women (of all ages), ogling at women (of all ages) and turning from a dimwit into a hero (who still ogles at women of all ages) by having two affairs simultaneously - one with a dimwit adult young female and another with a looks-much-younger-than-she-is MILF ! Then the MILF drinks poison and the young couple live happily ever after ! beneath the mindless plot are dangerous hints of male chauvinism, rampant objectification of women and tinges of homophobia ! The book’s intended audience is the adolescent age group which would certainly go running for their wren and martins and Oxford dictionaries after reading this crap.
! who branded this as a national best seller ? On what basis did the author show them all their 32 ’teethes’ ?
My verdict : you risk getting a bad tummy after reading this book (which would anyway do some justice to the title) and it can take you weeks of English classes to recover from this trauma
