I would like everybody to know that do not ever ever go to this place. We went today in a impression that ohris is a big chain of restaurant food will be awesome after seeing ambience online. But learned lesson today that should never go by what u see.
Most of the food items were cold and not served hot including starters. When specifically requested to make hot chapati the chef was still serving cold. Ice cream were melted and manager has no idea which flavor of ice creams. Gave all wrong info.
Also some food items I believe were spoiled. My father vomited while coming back hone. He felt sick after having dinner. I would suggest to everyone never ever go this restaurant. You have ample of better options than this restaurant. The worst was yet to complete - when we asked for a bill the manager kept us waiting for 10 min and he was roaming around and attending other customers who tried reaching him after we requested for bill. He had zero customer service on how to even to attend client. When we repeatedly asked for bill. He kept showing us hand to wait. Only nautanki over there no proper food. So much disappointed that entire birthday party was spoiled. So request to all dont go by ambience. I will negative stars. But I guess least is 1 star.
