I had my worst experience using OLA cab services. Me and my husband wanted to reach Airoli from Kalyan. We thought of booking OLA micro so that it would cost less than the usual cab options available in OLA. First of all we did not get any Micro cab option to book. Then we decided to try out the OLA sharing option as the other options very expensive.
We booked the sharing option at 9:27 am, we got the driver details and asked him how much time would it take. He was very rude and answered " Time lagega madam . Sharing mein Time lagta hai" . Abhi Ulhasnagar mein hu aur do bando ko pick karna hai 10- 15 minute mein pohoch jaaunga. We waited . Called again . he said I am on my way. we again waited . again called. and this continued till 10:35 am. Automatically the ride got cancelled saying that the driver has left. I was really frustated and tried calling the OLA customer care support. But couldn’t connect to the executive. Send a mail about the same. still no reply(till now). Hence, if you book for OLA sharing be ready to waste your valuable time.
