I simply hate this cab service. I was using this app to book a cab to metro station to my office. And then office to metro station. So I was a regular customer to them.
So one day I was booking a cab and there were no cabs available. If it got booked the drivers were keep on canceling my ride. So I give it a last try and then I switched into uber and booked a cab.
And the ola driver called and asked that of you have booked a cab and I said no. Then he said ok then cancel from your end. Then I said okay and canceled the cab.
Then the next time I booked a cab and they put me a penalty of 25 rs. who does that. It was there fault not mine so I suggest you all refrain of using this service
