I have had mixed experiences with Ola and on an average it was bad. After Ola became popular , the drivers started taking the customers not so seriously. Occasional refusals and surcharging is frustrating. I hardly get the Micro cabs at the base charge because during the office hours it’s 2x-3x higher. The cab drivers have little knowledge about the routes and sometimes they purposefully drive slowly or take the longer routes. The transportation quality is okay I would say. The cabs are clean and the A.Cs work well. The ride quality is fine but the Wi-Fi of the Prime cabs doesn’t work after some time of usage. I wish they reduce the surcharge affair.
