I usually take Ola cabs to ride in Delhi NCR due to the best serviceability available around but recently when I traveled to Gurgaon to laxminagar. I found My Ride Horrible, Even the driver were running very fast and even I was not felling comfortable I sacred to get accident by another vechile. I asked him to drive on a proper speed he replied me he is in hurry need to finish his regular duty task. I amazed to see this. He was driving through the app accordingly on the way may be due to lack of road knowledge.
Car was good in condition and seats were properly cleaned that only raise the brand quality but Kindly Ola get look into the driver and customer feedback seriously to improve your service more.
