Hello guys.this is jitu. Once I booked ola cabs in bhubaneswar , india ; after sometime I called the driver but the driver didn’t pick my call up. I called once again then he picked up and said that he had not got any order from my number. From that day I decided not to use ola cabs and I uninstalled the app also.
I can just say is customer service is not that good in ola cabs rather others are giving good response. I like one system of ola cabs ; that is OTP system. By this misuse of cabs will not happen anymore.
Guys, I am not blaming any company rather I am just juatifying my views. I don’t choose and use ola cabs personally for this reason only.
