I used ola cabs for a month and I am not satisfied with the overall services but I have to continue using ola cabs because I don’t have other options. I did not liked the Ola cabs drivers behaviour they are very rude. One day I booked a cab from the home location to a mall the cab arrived after 30 minutes but on map it was showing just 2 minutes to my location. I raise a complaint agaisnt the driver and till now I am waiting for a resolution. I would not suggest any one to use Ola Cabs if you have other options. Pathetic services from Ola Cabs.
