Drivers are so rude and illiterate. They don’t know how to treat customers. I got a free coupon I booked an ola cab the drivers was too far away the ETA was 15 minutes. I waited 10 minutes but driver didnot move from his position I called him he asked where to come and said its too far away please cancel the cab. I canceled the cab by checking the option driver asked to cancel.
I booked again and again another driver asked to cancel and do you know what my coupon was gone. Drivers are uneducated some of them even don’t know how to use gps. Now ola omly provides 50 rupees coupon in our area and the fares are expensive while uber still provides 250 rupees coupon with cheap rates. Uber is good and drivers are well trained. I will never ever waste my money again in ola. Even the car quality is poor. 90% of my experience with ola is horrible. I will never recommend ola to anyone.
