I have been using Ola Cas in Delhi/NCR & in Jaipur. I had some gueste come over for a family gathering @ Jaipur. They were supposed to reach the airport after the event. I had used the schedule a cab feature & made a booking 4 hours ahead of the pick up time. The cab arrived nearby & the driver called once. It was actually a missed call. The driver then left & did not respond to any of my calls. I had to rush to themarket to arrange transport by AutoricKSHA139w which was pretty embarassing at the time for me. Just because the Ola cab driver ran away, I was in such a situation. I raised complaints with Ola, but the damage had already been done. I have been carefull never to book Ola Cabs ever again.
