• Variable pricing in major cities - they do not have a standard fare, instead, they charge a variable amount depending on time of day, demand and availability - this is completely against the standard pricing and offsets your bill by a very high amount. For example, a journey from EC to Yeswantpur, which costs appx Rs.300 under normal circumstances can cost as high as Rs.500 under variable pricing. If you are travelling at peak hours, waiting charges can make your bills even higher.
