I had booked OLA Scheduled ride on 26-12-2016 and pickup time was 7PM. Received driver details on 6.45PM and I have called driver, he said he confirmed the ride and he is on the way. But he did not come till 7.10PM and so I called again, he told he is on the way. Then within 5 minutes he cancelled the ride without prior notification. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH OLA. Due to this I couldn’t reach railway station on time so I missed the train. Ticket I booked was Tatkal ticket. SO I LOST 1500 RUPEES MONEY BECAUSE OF OLA. They did not have any customer support to complaint also.
