Dear OLA for the above CRN CRN293166717while booking 1.4x peak time charge was not poping up . due to this only I have confirmed my booking. while seeing the billing it was a rude shock to notice the peak pricing. I have received the message after confirmation without popup which I have seen after reaching the work place at 0910hrs. kindly see your s/w for sending any pop up message for this booking regarding 1.5x peak pricing. if it is not there confirm my statement is correct and return the extra fare unduly taxed for me. dont expect a customer to act for cancellaing after receiving a message for confirming the booking with out any pop up on peak pricing. I strongly advice OLA not play during peak hours with such gimmicks of avoiding pop up and intimating peak pricing through message. this legally Challenger for harassing and looting the customer. kindly do judiciously if no pop up are there. I am 100% confident of no popups. since I t is my policy to no use peak pricing as it is not peak hours. I am regular customer and see my booking history for any peak price bookings. if you are not paying the money back I am sure this time OLA have to face this issue legally. your customer care is not booking this complaint.
