I had an very bad experience on 20-12-17 with ola cabs I visited banglore for some official work and I stayed in a hotel before checking out from hotel I booked a cab from Ola app from which I entered the drop location and it showed as within 3 mins cab will arrive and I was after for around 20 mins cab didn’t arrived so I called the driver and he said that he has cancelled the ride but it didn’t showed in my app.It was a very worst experience of my although the cabs are not that bad in comfort and quality but still service is very poor Its is only valued for money if you get immediate service but I suggest that if you are in hurry then don’t rely on Ola cabs service it might get disappointed.
