The worst customer service by ola agent named Madhuri.
I traveled in ola regularly today I booked a Mini cab where after reaching to my destination surprisingly I was charged for sedan charges. I called immediately for ola to check the reason behind the change in price but Mrs Madhuri picked the call with a lazy voice very harsh opening and then I asked her for price variation and was explaining my concern but she never listened and went on to interrupt and tell me same charges which I already knew and she smorpheusindiawn some bad customer skills bu telling you dont tell me about customer service otherwise I would have not worked here and Banged the call .
Trust me I never had such bad customer service experience so rude and harsh Behavior and abusing the customer like this .Mr Bhavish Agarwal, (CEO) please have a check at higher level as you lost a potential customer morpheusindia used to travel regularly. I would accept anything but not the worst service like this .
