We had a HORRIBLE experience with Olacabs on 15th August for booking no CRN 7751606. The booking was for vacation trip Bangalore to Chikmaglur for 3 days. Olacabs confirmed the booking, send driver details. The driver did not turn up, did not pick up our calls.
When I called up the customer care, they did not make arrangements for a cab and CANCELLED the confirmed booking(for which we had paid advance). This has resulted in lot of mental agony. It was a long planned trip for which advance hotel accommodation had been booked and paid for. Friends flew down from Kolkata to Bangalore to join on this trip, only to be left stranded. I want proper compensation for the harassment caused due to this pathetic service from Olacabs and planning to go to consumer court to seek redressal.
